Just a reminder to please be aware that our operating hours are between 8am & 4:30pm. Although staff  are always on duty before and after these times, we are not licensed or insured to have children on the premises outside of these hours. Should you arrive before 8am in the morning, unfortunately, you will be asked to wait in your car or outside the house until the appropriate time. If you know that you are going to be late in the afternoon or you become stuck in traffic, please attempt to organise another person to collect your child as it becomes quite distressing for the child waiting at the home. Late Fees apply to children who are picked up after 4:30pm as, remember, we still have to pay staff who  remain behind. It is also unfair on staff as they have their own families to go home to as well as other activities to which they are committed. Other options, such as Police involvement, are also available to us should a parent not contact us within a reasonable time after 4:30pm. Children who are still on the premises at 4.50pm will be surrendered to Murwillumbah Police.
